    As part of our standard operational and security procedures, all discreet consignments must undergo a mandatory Security Verification and Clearance Review before they can be released for final dispatch.

    Security Verification Requirement

    To complete the clearance process, a refundable Security Compliance Charge of £150 is required. This temporary deposit is used to verify shipment documentation and authorize the release of the parcel for final delivery.

    Refund Information

    Upon successful delivery and confirmation of receipt, 90% of the Security Compliance Charge will be refunded. As only 90% of the payment is refundable, new refund payment details will be requested during the refund processing stage to ensure the refund is issued correctly to the designated recipient.

    The remaining 10% will be retained as an administrative processing fee.

    Once verification is completed, the shipment will be cleared, assigned to a delivery agent, and dispatched to the registered delivery address.
